實(shí)驗(yàn)室通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)是整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)過程中,規(guī)模最大、影響最廣泛的系統(tǒng)之一。通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的完善與否,直接對實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境、實(shí)驗(yàn)人員的身體健康、實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行維護(hù)等方面產(chǎn)生重要影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)室過度負(fù)壓,通風(fēng)柜氣體泄漏,實(shí)驗(yàn)室噪音等問題,一直是困擾實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作人員的難題。這些問題給長期在實(shí)驗(yàn)室中工作的人員,甚至工作在實(shí)驗(yàn)室周圍的管理和后勤人員,造成了身體和心理上的嚴(yán)重傷害。一個(gè)科學(xué)、合理的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)要求通風(fēng)效果好、噪音低、操作簡便、節(jié)約能源,甚至要求室內(nèi)壓差和溫濕度都能保持人體的舒適性。
設(shè)計(jì)原則
1、根據(jù)大樓的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),就近開設(shè)風(fēng)井,劃分排風(fēng)和補(bǔ)風(fēng)系統(tǒng),管道系統(tǒng)做到“短、平、順、直”,減小系統(tǒng)阻力,降低系統(tǒng)噪聲
2、排風(fēng)和補(bǔ)風(fēng)系統(tǒng)達(dá)到風(fēng)量平衡,保持室內(nèi)-5Pa—-10Pa的負(fù)壓,防止有害氣體的散溢,保證實(shí)驗(yàn)人員的身心健康;
3、夏天補(bǔ)冷風(fēng)、冬天補(bǔ)暖風(fēng)保證室內(nèi)溫濕度的舒適性;
4、采用智能變頻控制系統(tǒng),達(dá)到操作方便、節(jié)能降噪的目的;
5、綜合考慮各項(xiàng)因素,采用投資少、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低、運(yùn)行效果好的成熟工藝;
6、所選擇的工藝必須滿足現(xiàn)場條件,平面布置簡潔、緊湊、少占地,并方便生產(chǎn)操作和維護(hù)維修;
7、非標(biāo)設(shè)備應(yīng)符合國家或行業(yè)相關(guān)規(guī)范,并保證性能穩(wěn)定、外表美觀;
8、在設(shè)計(jì)中充分考慮噪聲、臭味等,防止二次污染的產(chǎn)生,不給周圍環(huán)境造成新的污染;
9、處理設(shè)施具備沖擊負(fù)荷能力,確保廢氣達(dá)標(biāo)排放。
設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)
1、支管路內(nèi)風(fēng)速6~8m/s, 干管路內(nèi)風(fēng)速8~14m/s;
