一、定風量系統(tǒng)控制
1、系統(tǒng)采用靜壓傳感自動變頻控制(或PLC編程控制),靜壓傳感自動變頻 控制可以根據(jù)開啟通風設備的數(shù)量變
化,將其感應到的靜壓轉變成0-10v的電信號輸入變頻器從而自動調節(jié)風機頻率,使風機的抽風量與實際所需排風量相匹配,從而確保排風效果,達到節(jié)能節(jié)噪的效果;
2、每臺通風柜安裝一個電子風量調節(jié)閥,其控制開關和變頻控制系統(tǒng)及風機聯(lián)動,可實現(xiàn)單臺或多臺通風設備等不
同工況下的控制。風量調節(jié)閥采用數(shù)顯可調角度的電子風量調節(jié)閥,并且有記憶功能(即可以記住此次調節(jié)的角度,下次打開時仍然調到設計的角度)。
3、系統(tǒng)風閥和風機整體聯(lián)鎖,實現(xiàn)氣流的有序流動,平衡系統(tǒng)風量,防止氣流反串、倒流。
二、變風量系統(tǒng)(VAV)控制
1、系統(tǒng)采用靜壓傳感自動變頻控制,靜壓傳感自動變頻控制可以根據(jù)開啟通風設備的數(shù)量變化,將其感應到的靜壓轉變成0-10v的電信號輸入變頻器從而自動調節(jié)風機頻率,使風機的抽風量與實際所需排風量相匹配,從而確保排風效果,達到節(jié)能節(jié)噪的效果;
2、每臺通風柜安裝一個文丘里變風量風閥,其控制開關和變頻控制系統(tǒng)及風機聯(lián)動,可實現(xiàn)單臺或多臺通風設備等不同工況下的控制。變風量調節(jié)閥門采用數(shù)顯可調角度的文丘里風閥,并且有記憶功能(即可以記住此次調節(jié)的角度,下次打開時仍然調到設計的角度)。
3、系統(tǒng)風閥和風機整體聯(lián)鎖,實現(xiàn)氣流的有序流動,平衡系統(tǒng)風量,防止氣流反串、倒流。
